A day in Ski Club

3:00pm – Buses arrive at Trollhaugen, volunteers help Main campus kids get gear and boots on and out to lessons

3:30 - 5:00pm – Kids meet instructors and take lessons

5:00 - 6:15pm – Free time and dinner (food is available for purchase or kids can bring food)

6:15pm – Load the bus and put all equipment in the trailer

6:30pm – Buses leave Trollhaugen
Kids are responsible to be on the bus ON TIME!

7:00 - 7:15pm – Buses arrive at LILA (last minute updates on LILA's Ski Club Facebook page)
Main Campus Students

7am - 8am – Parents put ski equipment in black trailer at Main Campus, all bags can go into the Hallway at door 8.

1:30 – Trailer transports equipment, gear and passes to Trollhaugen.

2:05 – Silent Dismissal directs Main campus kids to Ski Club bus and depart LILA by 2:30pm.

2:15 – Chalet helpers (volunteers) organize Main Campus gear bags and print lift tickets at Trollhaugen.

Parents of Kindergarten students meet them by 3:30pm for lessons
Headwaters Students

7am - 8am – Put equipment in white trailer at HW campus, all gear/bags can also go in it.

1:45 – Trailer transports equipment and gear to Trollhaugen.

2:10 - Students get dismissed to Ski Club bus and depart by 2:30pm.

3:00 - HW campus students unload HW trailer and print their own lift tickets.
